Thank you for choosing SHIRRR Luxury Fashion Pvt. Ltd. for your studio rental needs. Please carefully read our Cancellation & Refund Policy before making a booking, as it outlines important information regarding cancellations, refunds, and related procedures.
 

1. Studio Bookings – Final & Non-Refundable

No Cancellations or Refunds: All studio bookings made through our website or official channels are considered final. Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted.

Booking Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. Please review your booking details carefully, as changes are not allowed after confirmation.
 

2. Rescheduling Policy

We currently do not offer rescheduling of confirmed bookings. Please ensure you select your desired date and time accurately before finalizing the booking.
 

3. Exceptions – Technical Failures or Service Unavailability

If SHIRRR Luxury Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is unable to provide the studio space due to technical issues, maintenance, or other operational limitations, you may be eligible for one of the following:

  • A full refund

  • A credit toward a future booking

  • An alternate available slot

Such exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
 

4. Late Arrivals or No-Shows

If you arrive late or fail to appear for your scheduled booking:

  • Late arrivals will not be granted extra time beyond the original slot.

  • No-shows will be treated as cancellations without refund.
     

5. Damages & Security Deposit

You are responsible for maintaining the studio in the condition in which it was received. If your booking includes a security deposit, it will be refunded only if:

  • No damage to the property or equipment is found

  • No extra time or usage is recorded beyond your slot

Damages, overuse, or violations of terms may result in deductions or forfeiture of the deposit.
 

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or extreme weather. In such cases, a rescheduling option or refund may be considered.
 

7. Policy for Promotions or Discounted Bookings

Studio bookings made using discount codes, promotional offers, or packages are non-refundable and may be subject to additional terms. Please refer to specific promotion details before booking.
 

8. Modifications by SHIRRR

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule your booking due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Offer alternatives, including refunds, store credits, or different time slots, if such a situation arises.
     

9. Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying your booking details (date, time, duration) before confirmation.

  • Ensuring timely arrival and appropriate use of studio space and facilities.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and following the studio usage guidelines provided.
     

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and will apply to all bookings made after the revised date.
